For example, I have added some custom definitions to the word conspicuous and when I look up for the word camouflage (present in 9th custom definition) from custom definitions by tapping on that word, the popup appears for word camouflage but the custom definitions disappear for conspicuous. I have to re-enter the word conspicuous and search for it to get back my custom definitions.
2. The second issue is that I am not able to add google definitions of a word that don't have an example sentence to my wordbook. For example in the word syllogism, as google definition doesn't have an example concerned to it, I am not able to add that definition to my wordbook.

Yes, I faced this issue for all the words that don't have a google example.

At the end of the screen we see "Cance" and "save". I think it should be reverse.

I agree with u, when you choose Banner image, immediately Tribe will save the banner at the same time, no need"save" button.
The choose from Giphy feature doesn't work in the android version of Ejoy, it doesn't load up any gif's in the app. The choose from Giphy, internet options aren't available in the web version of Ejoy go, I should download and upload images in the web version for words.
@Seetharam Reddy Did you update the app? Today I update the ejoy app. All of those problems related with app are solved.

Ejoy English App (Huawei Mate 10 Pro Android 10)
When I wanted to use ejoy offline, I cannot see the translations of the word in my native language, Turkish. It says not found. By the way, I have already downloaded the Turkish offline data.
And also I see that I cannot delete the previous downloaded offline dictionary data whether in Turkish or another language. There is a problem with this. Can you fix it, please?

When ever I am using ejoy extension for looking up words, the pronunciation of words isn't correct for some of the words. The Ejoy Reader App has very good pronunciation of both US and UK accent, but when it comes to ejoy extension or ejoy go or ejoy app the pronunciation doesn't contain both accents and moreover some of the words have wrong pronunciation. I am attaching screenshots of the some of the words whose pronunciation is wrong in ejoy extension and even ejoy go but perfectly works well in ejoy Reader app. So, I wish if you can add both UK and US accents to ejoy extension, ejoy go and ejoy app that would be a great update as pronunciation is key factor for learning any new word.
you can rest assured that ejoy extension's pronunciations are standard. Sometimes the pronunciation between extension and reader differs by taking pronunciation from different sources so they have different accents. About the UK and US pronunciation, we'll weigh up to provide UK Pronunciation on ejjoy extension. thank you!

@Tung Manh Can you bring this feature to ejoy app? Additionally can we change google's automatic female voice in Ejoy app? As in the ejoy reader application, I would like to be able to choose the desired voice (male or female) in the ejoy application.

Hi, I tried to integrate eJOY lookup feature on Google drive. I uploded a video and the subtitles file but the video doesn't show the subtitles. Plus, I can't access to devtools; I tried with a right click of the mouse and ctrl+shift+i but it doesn't work.

Thank you for your feedback. We have tested with videos on Google drive and it's more complicated than we expect. Today we're gonna update a new version to fix other bugs. For G.drive, please allow us more time to work on this. Thanks very much for bringing this case to us. I really appreciate this.
temporarily, it is difficult to integrate ejoy into google drive because of google's privacy policy. It will take some time for us to work on this case. But I suggest you can post videos with subtitles on your youtube channel to use ejoy with fully video features
What if I upload some copyright videos and set them private?
The ejoy popup size doesn't change in video streaming sites like Netflix, Prime video and Youtube irrespective of changing the popup size in ejoy settings. On selecting a word from subtitles of these websites the ejoy popup size is fixed, but if I select some text apart from subtitle content, I can clearly differentiate between different popup sizes.
Changing popup size just applies to text, It's hard to turn on a big popup on subtitle because of the responsive problem! Hope you sympathize

The shortcut keys stop working every now and then in Amazon Prime Video. The repeat subtitle shortcut key S works every time but the keys A, D, <, > stop working every time. All these shortcut keys are working flawlessly in youtube, Udemy but causing problems in Prime Video. I hope this bug can be fixed as soon as possible.

In google chrome, in spite of setting my translation language as Telugu, when I look up for words in a popup, it is getting translated to Vietnamese. Where as in Prime video, the words in popup are translated to Telugu. How should I fix it to translate things to my native language even is Google?

The shortcut key (C) to turn on/off subtitles in Youtube is not working. The subtitles are turned off only when I choose to turn them off in ejoy extension options. The same bug exists in all other video platforms, the caption turn on/off toggle option is not working in all ejoy interfaced video platforms.
Thank you for letting us know about it. We are considering add shortcut keys for turn on/off the main subtitle and second subtitle.

I am not able to integrate eJOY lookup features to Disney+ Hotstar streaming platform. The division class is "shaka-text-container". When I added this website in ejoy options, the subtitles get split while watching a movie and the same subtitle gets displayed throughout the entire movie. I hope you can integrate full lookup features to Disney+ hotstar website in upcoming updates just like Netflix and Youtube.
Hi Seetharam. We have inspected Disney+ and we realized that ejoy temporarily we cannot integrate on Disney+ due to its element track mechanism. But the good new is we're researching the way to integrate kind of video page like Disney+. Maybe it takes about 1 month.

Unfortunately the customer service no longer works as It once did. They often don't even answer.
In a recent update, Ejoy integrated Disney+ to show a translation popup with subtitles when watching videos. But in India, disneyplus.com gets redirected to the hotstar.com/in website. How can I add Ejoy features to hotstar.com/in website, which is a replication of disneyplus.com website?

@Seetharam Hi Seetharam, the hotstar.com/in website seems to have a problem with logging in/ creating an account. We can't log in to the website at the moment, even with a borrowed Indian phone number, so we're unable to inspect it. The sync feature in ejoy app is not working properly these days, most of the times it is showing as sync failed. Even when it shows the sync is successful, the words added to my wordbook in laptop are not getting displayed in my ejoy app.
I even lost many words added to my created wordbook's in game center in laptop. The sync feature is no longer working properly. I hope you fix the sync feature as soon as possible.
I'm so sorry for this bug happening to your device. Are you using android or iOS? And what is the operating system version? Eg: iPhone 8, iOS 14.4
Currently, we have encountered some devices running iOS14.4 that have the same errors like yours.
I am using an android phone. It is operating on android version 10. I tried to sync again and again after the sync failed popup showed up and I could finally sync successfully after 10 attempts, but still then the words do not sync with the ejoy extension in laptop.

I am using Ejoy reader on iphone to listen to some podcasts that provide transcripts.
i can quickly add words in ej reader, which I cannot do in other podcast app.
The issue is that when I hit play, the player pops up and hide the transcript. I cannot minimise the player.

Thank you for reporting this issue. This is a new issue, the previous eJOY version ran normally on iQ website. We are investigating this and will soon release an update to fix it. Please temporarily turn off the extension or watch the show on other websites for the moment if you can. I will inform you as soon as the issue is fixed.

Suddenly today EJOY Extension is not available in my Udemy course anymore. I can't see the symbol of EJOY in the subtitle bar even though I have EJOY enabled, so now I don't have subtitles to continue my course. Pls give me an answer
