I'm afraid that I couldn't maintain the conversation with you long enough. My Chinese is very limited. 一点点。 When I talk to my husband, it's a mixed conversation of English, Chinese, and Vietnamese :D. And usually, it's quite short. just 1-2 minutes. No, he's not. He's studying Chinese with me. We watch Chinese movies together, and we practice saying short sentences like: 你要吃什么，今天很热， 你要去哪？Very very short conversation. I think you can actively say those to your colleagues, she may answer in English or your mother tongue, it's up to her. We were a bit shy at first. Gradually it's become our hobby :D. Give it a try.
