i use Burning Vocabulary chrome extention. when i open new webpage, this extention underline my words. When i click that words, i can hear and can see translation. Also when i click this extension i can see my word list. 

It's really perfect. That program is not so good like as yours. I'm sure you can do this easily. :)))
